Mountech 1" SpinLoc ball mounts and socket arms will work with any mounting platform that also uses a 1" ball mount.

AMPS is a standardized hole pattern that is based on 4 holes located in a rectangular pattern spaced at 1.181” x 1.496” (30mm x 38mm) with a diagonal measurement of 1.912" (48.5mm). Mounting bases can come in many variations to include 4 Bolt, 2 Bolt, and more to accommodate different mounting possibilities.

Our universal phone holder can be used with phones up to 3.4" wide and 0.5" thick.

Storm Gray Metallic is Mountech's signature color. Offering one color keeps our production process streamlined and as a result our pricing as low as possible. It's entirely possible that in the future, we could do limited edition runs of certain colors or even permanently but at the moment, gray is the only color. If you have an interest in a certain color shoot us an email and we will keep track of interest. If there is enough for a certain color we may consider doing a small production run.

Yes, you can change your order as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. We understand you may have ordered an item by mistake or forgotten to add an item to your cart. Contact us and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate any adjustments needed!

Our standard order fulfillment lead times are typically 1-2 business days. If it’s still within that time range, chances are we’re still preparing your order to ship. If it's been longer, search your email for the heading “A shipment from order number BRXXX is on its way”. This email will contain your tracking number. If you are unable to locate this email, check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders, sometimes our correspondence gets flagged when it shouldn’t be. When all else fails, we’re only a phone call or email away.

We fulfill most if not all in-stock orders within 24-48 hours. If the selected delivery carrier took longer than expected to deliver your order, let us know and we'll take a closer look.

Unused Mountech products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging. Receipt of purchase is required. All returns are subject to a $2.00 restocking fee (helps cover the cost of repackaging the product) and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

A return takes on average 5-10 business days to fully process. Once you drop off your return with the designated carrier, it should take 3-7 business days for us to receive your return. Once back in our hands, returns are typically processed within 1-2 days.

If you ordered the wrong product, know you aren't the first! Let our customer service team know and they will direct you to the correct item and arrange for the incorrect one to be returned.

If you received the wrong product with your order please let us know. Every now or then, we get our wires crossed while picking and packing orders. Contact us and we'll get the correct item expedited your way and we'll email over a return shipping label to restock the incorrect item.

All Mountech products are warrantied against manufacturing defects and material failures for the entire life of the product. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear or abuse of the product. We stand behind our products and we're confident that after using them, you will too.
