Pull the lever and the cup draws a true mechanical vacuum against any smooth, non-porous surface. That's a grip you can measure, rated to hold a 120 lb straight pull, not a cheap cup that peels off in the sun.
Built like the rest of your rig: The housing is die-cast aluminum with machined mounting features and a durable black powder-coat finish, not brittle plastic.
One mount, everything you run: It ships with a machined 1" aluminum ball and fits standard 2-bolt bases, so it's instantly compatible with every 1" ball accessory from Mountech and RAM® Mounts - phone holders, GoPro adapters, GPS cradles, Starlink Mini brackets, and more. Mount it inside the cab or outside on any smooth surface. Keep it in one spot for good, or pop the release tab and move your whole setup to another vehicle in seconds.
Build your mount: Step 1: the 4.5" vacuum base + 1" ball (included). Step 2: add a 1.5", 3", or 6" machined articulating arm. Step 3: drop on any 1" ball device holder - a MagSafe or spring-loaded phone mount, or gear you already own.
